TILTING KNEADER - IPI

In the field of tilting kneaders, Battaggion satisfy completely their customers’ needs rough the model IPI that is used to mix the mass of product before sending it to the final stages of the line where it is finished and/or packed for its final use.
 
The tilting kneader is an alternative solution to the kneader with discharge screw in cases where is requested an easily cleaning procedure and, in general, in case where the product has to be subsequently process in the following phases of the production line.
 
Through the action of the sigma blades and of the masticator blades, the hard and tough pastes are mixed to obtain a perfectly homogenized compound.
 
The shear action of the sigma blades permits to perfectly mix even very small quantities of powders in batches of hundreds and thousands of kg.
 
The possibility of thermally condition the whole machine, make tilting kneaders able to realize many different processes in which can take place chemical reactions or simple mixing so to obtain exactly the same characteristics of final compound in all the different points of the processed material. Thanks to these features the obtained product is sent to the subsequent phase of production.
 
From the smallest model of 1 Liter, used in countless research laboratories and in the most various applications (pigments, silicone, chewing gum, powder and polymer compounds), to the biggest of 10000 Liters, the production range of this kneaders proposes to satisfy all the possible requests from the industrial World, whichever would be the final product.
